The primary guest must be of at least 18 years of age to be able to check into the hotel.
According to government regulations, a Valid Government Address Proof ID is required for every guest above the age of 18 at the time of check-in in all our hotels. The identification proofs accepted are Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID Card, and Passport. Without Original copy of valid ID proof the guest will not be allowed to check-in. PAN card will not accepted as a valid ID card.
Your stay does not include additional personal expenses such as,telephone charges, meals, etc., that aren't part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tip. The hotel will charge you directly for these when you will check out the hotel.
Stay of 1 child up to 5 years old is complementary without the use of extra mattress. In case of more than 1 child up to 5 years old, Stay of only 1 child will be complementary without the use of extra mattress and other child(s) will be consider as guest.
Breakfast charges may be applicable for the child/Extra Person. Zoyostays will not bear any responsibility of meal plan for child/ Person accompanying the guest and and subjected to be depended as per that hotel policy.
Extra mattress may be provided for triple occupancy bookings only.
Guest are responsible for their own personal belongings.
Dogs/cats or any other pets will not be allowed with guests as per the hotel's policy.
Should any action by a guest be deemed inappropriate by the hotel, or if any inappropriate behaviour is brought to the attention of the hotel, the hotel reserves the right, after the allegations have been investigated, to take action against the guest.
Certain destinations may have different policies for specific times during the year.
Guests shall be liable for any damage, except normal wear and tear to Hotel asset. Guest shall keep the Hotel room in a good condition and maintain hygiene and cleanliness.
Certain policies are booking specific and are informed to the customer while making the booking.
No Smoking Policy Applicable in our all hotels. In case the guest wants to smoke, the Hotel Reception will be happy to help.
BOOKING EXTENSION POLICY
Extension of stay would be provided on current room rates and remains subject to availability.
Current room rates can be different from the rates at which the rooms were booked.

EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK-OUT POLICY
Early Check-in: Subject to Availability
a) For a confirmed check-in prior to 0600 hours, 100% of the applicable room rate shall be levied.
b) For a confirmed check-in between 0600-0900 hours, 50% of the applicable room rate shall be levied.
c) For check-in between 1000-1200 hours, we may provide the room at no charge, subject to availability.
Late Checkout: Subject to Availability
a) Between 1100-1300 hours: No-charges; subject to availability.
b) Between 1300-1500 hours: 50% of the room rate, at the time of booking, shall be levied.
c) After 1500 hours: 100% of the room rate, at the time of booking, shall be levied.
For bookings up to 3 rooms -
24 hours or more prior to check-in time
Between 24 hours to 18 hours before check-in time
50% Booking Amount
Less than 18 hours before check- in time
One Night’s Booking Amount
For bookings of 4 or more rooms -
15 days or more prior to check-in date
Between 15 days to 7 days of check-in date
50% Advance Amount
Less than 7 days of check-in date
100% Advance Amount

Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM . Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and the hotel might charge you extra for it.
The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips. The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
Any increase in the price due to taxes will be borne by you and payable at the hotel.
All the guest who crossed their minority should provide their Photo Identity Mandatory
For bookings with same day Check-In, it can take up to 3 to 5 working hours for your booking to be confirmed at the hotel from the time you make the booking
Most hotels do not allow unmarried/unrelated couples to check-in. This is at the
full discretion of the hotel management. No refund would be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. Zoyostays will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel.
Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc... All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
